Contemporary Circus Stories. Roberto Magro

We had a rare opportunity to shoot a contemporary circus festival "New Circus Weekend’16". During this one of a kind festival in Vilnius we met with a bunch of talented circus artists from various different corners of the world.

We want to share our first video story from the festival, it focuses on an Italian circus artist and director – Roberto Magro. "I would like people to view circus and its artists as seriously as they view other artists or actors".

Every single circus artist we talked to discussed this issue. Why do most of us see lawyers, directors, construction workers as people who’s professions are "serious" or "manly" but we can’t view a circus artist seriously?
